These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Duos mobile application and related Duos website and services (the “Services”), provided by Armkee Digital LLC (“Armkee Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
2. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Duos for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules.
3. Acceptable use
You may not cheat, disrupt multiplayer services, automate access, reverse engineer the Services except where law expressly permits, misuse another person’s account, submit unlawful or abusive material, or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to its payment terms. Subscription pricing and renewal details are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app-store account before renewal. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store’s policies and local law.
5. Gameplay and availability
Duos is provided for entertainment. Features, rules, scoring, availability, and online services may change as the game evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, preservation of every game session, or any particular leaderboard position.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, designs, artwork, branding, text, and other content, are owned by Armkee Digital or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
7. Feedback
If you send suggestions or feedback, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation, while we continue to handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Duos at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or maintain the Services.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Armkee Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Armkee Digital is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. We will post revised Terms here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
